Here’s How Gleam Works
When you sign up you have the choice to sync your vacation rental calendar so that Gleam handles all your cleanings or maybe you want to schedule cleanings as needed. That option is available to you as well. We then ask that you schedule a time to complete a walk through of your rental and meet a member of The Gleam Team in person(Zoom available during Covid). We want you to know we are the real deal. After one of our team members have completed a walk through of your property with you we personalize a checklist to meet your properties specific expectations. We send it to the printer and have it laminated. It lives at your property from then on to ensure everyone is on the same page. We hold everyone on our team accountable by requiring that pictures of the completed clean be sent after every job we complete. We have a quality control method in place because we want a long term relationship with all our clients. We have found this is the best way to be successful together.
COVID-19
Our team has taken the course required by vacation rental sites to be compliant with the cleaning standards put forth during the pandemic. We use a food safe EPA approved disinfectant that kills the corona virus on surfaces and high touch areas. The safety of our guests, clients and team members is always the number one concern at Gleam. During this time we also offer a video walk through of your property with you to limit contact between our team members and you.
